Dr. Simon received her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2003. After practicing dental hygiene for six years, she decided to return to LSU School of Dentistry receiving her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2013.
During her time at LSUSD, she served as the President of the Student American Dental Association. In her third year of school she received the Pierre Fauchard Award and took part in a research study formulating anti-bacterial fluoride-releasing sealants that published their scientific findings in the Journal of Pediatric Dentistry Jan/Feb 2013. Dr. Simon was a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society and C. Edmund Kells Honor Society.
Dr. Simon is passionate about educating patients and helping them to understand the importance of their oral health. She strives to provide gentle care, helping patients feel at ease while providing services.
Dr. Simon was raised in Denham Springs and currently resides in Baton Rouge with her husband Antoine and their four children. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors with her family. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Louisiana Dental Association and the Greater Baton Rouge Dental Association.
